I was just talking with someone today about the feasibility of running a production app on Glassfish. It’s pretty interesting, and I’ve had fun playing with it at home, but I still want to see it in the wild before I’d be willing to recommend it to clients. I hope that “Part 1″ in the title means you’ll continue to post your adventures.

Eh, no worries, I’m not that good at remembering birthdays either.

She wasn’t unconscious, but she was really low energy and it took some effort to get her to drink and eat a bit.

And to explain the “meat” comment, the past few years we’ve gone to Brasa Grill for a birthday dinner.

Hey, happy birthday! Sorry I’m so horribly about remembering them.

It was a lovely little wedding, in a very memorable setting. Lots of fun. But I was surprised by the lack of dancing, honestly. Dancing at weddings is usually one of the top reasons my wife wants to attend them. I figured her and the other like-minded females would drag us bummy, wallflower males out on to the dance floor. A future where my wife isn’t dragging me out onto the dance floor scares me.

Also, was Becky unconscious at the reception? Because that mental image makes me laugh in so many ways.

And… meat?

That’s pretty cool, and some geek points to be photographed at GenCon and shown in Dragon.

And yes, a scanned in picture would be nifty! I haven’t picked up a copy of Dragon in about 18 years.

I want to know the house rules on who gets/has to eat what the end of the game. That’s a lotta cupcakes, even for 6 people. Mmmm… cupcakes.
